つまり、住民の方々がおっしゃるには、
国・自治体→道路等の公共施設
市町村→住宅等
住民→道路側溝や雨どいなどの局所的に線量が高い場所
なので、
「えええ！？
側溝とか雨どいとか、濃縮されて一番線量が高くなるところじゃないの？
そこはやって頂けないの？

とのことでした。
実際、この配布物には
除染の効果として
道路側溝の除染前の線量は１３μSV／ｈ
（除染して１．６μSV／ｈ）
雨どいの除染前の線量４０μSV／ｈ

と書いてあります。
