だからそこがよく解らなくて難しいのがですね、放射性物質○○じゃなくて、その重金属という捉え方をすれば、、、まあ重金属という捉え方は出来ると思うのですけれども、そうなれば、環境省が考えるべき問題か、とも思いますが、ただそこはですね、環境省にも問い合わせをされたのも拝見しましたが、多分ああゆう感じで答えるんだろうな、とおもいますけど、まあ正直言いましてまず法規制がかかってるかどうか、という問題からするとですね、規制がかかってない物について、何処までそれぞれが所管としうるかどうか、という所の問題が有ると思います。

東京電力のブラ下がりの状況では「恐らく放射性物質と共にまあ爆発の影響でも、出るとしたら少しは出てると思う。」という様な回答でしたので、まあ、それをどう評価するのかな、と思ったのですけれどもわかりました、ありがとうございます。
