検出されているというか、これは娘ですので、まあ、Sr-90 が、これ、Sr-89とかいてありますが、Sr-90が改変してイットリウム90ができるので、それを分離してきちんと測定する必要があるというふうに思っています。新たに何か検出されていると言うよりも、当然あのー、核分裂生成物としてはあると思いますけど、生成ルートとしてはもうあのー、Sr-90からの改変によるものというふうに思っております。

そうですね。既に生成ルートがありませんので、いわゆる崩壊での放射平衡に達しているとは思っています。

わかりました、ありがとうございます。では、27ページ（28項29項参照）からのスラッジ用HIC（保管容器）についてお聞きしたいのですけれども。このHICは耐用年数20年という事で、20年の間に処分方法を考えてるという事ですが、大体、このスラッジ用のHICはそれぞれが大体どれぐらいの線量になるのでしょうか。ベクレル数でもSv/hでも大体その廃棄物によって変わるとは思うんですが、概念として。

概念としてはあのー、中に入るものが違いますので、何とも言えませんけれども、ちょっと確認します。
28ページ（30項31項参照）の上の所に吸着材の性状という形になるが、この吸着剤ごとに少しあのー、成分ごとに吸着剤を変えていますので、この吸着材によって右側にございます除去対象元素が決まってきます。
従いましてあの、セシウムですとか、まあ量が多いのはセシウムですけど、β、γ核種で言うところの吸着材３だとか吸着材６のコバルトというところは比較的線量が高めだろうと想像していますし、まあストロンチウムの量は多いですけど、吸着材２に吸着してきますけれども、β核種ですので、ま、ある程度保管しても周辺に与える線量としては効いてこないというふうに思っています。どれぐらいの線量で、というところは確認します。

では55ページ、56ページ（75項78項参照）についてお伺いしたいのですけれども。この年間被ばく線量ですが、これは廃棄物だけによる年間追加被ばく線量の計算という事で、最大値が北エリアの敷地境界における 6.40mSv/y ということで。
それであの、本日、保安院で頂いた資料によると、正門の線量率が20μSv/h ということで、これは南西エリアにあたりますが、この空間線量率は北エリアより南西アリアの方が高いのですが、これは事故直後のプルームによるものが沈着しているという様な考え方で、南西エリアは廃棄物による追加被ばくの線量は北エリアより低い、という考え方なのでしょうか。

現在モニタリングポストが正門付近で測っている線量は、質問にあったとおり、事故当時に発生した放射性物質が地面に沈着、あるいは樹木にくっついているものが、現在そのモニタリングポストですとか正門でのモニターに影響を与えているという量でカウントされています。
大体20μSv/h とか、10μSv/h 前後だと思いますけど、その程度が各モニタリングポストで観測されております。
今回、こちらの55ページ56ページ、それから原子炉建屋から出ている53，54の話しはですね、まあ、それはそもそも、現実、問題視する問題としてはあるんですけれども、今後、原子炉建屋、あるいは発電所内に仮置きしていく瓦礫、ベッセル、樹木等で、追加的のそこにアドオンされるものは、もう1mSv/y以下に、年間1mSv以下にしなさいという事で、現在、取り組んでいる活動ですので、20μSv/h と、今回、北エリアで6.4mSv/y ですが、これは直接リンクするようなものではありません。

線量管理の体制という意味ではですね、いわゆる毎月月末に報告さしていただいてる特別な管理体制という事で、ちょっと名称忘れましたが、「特定の者」というかたちで出来るだけ被ばく線量を100mSvを超えさせない、という形で管理をしているのが現実です。
特にメイシン重要塔の非管理区域ですとか、福島第二に置いてあります、安定化センターの机上の業務に主に従事しており、特別現場に行かなきゃいけない場合には、低線量に抑える形で、今までの所、大体、それでも１，２mSv/ 月ぐらいで管理しているという状況であります。

わかりました、その配置転換されていない約１０８名の方は、何といいますか特別に希望して、もしくは、特別な技能を持っていて配置転換できないということなのでしょうか。

はいそうです。現時点では、まだその方々に仕事の上で力を発揮してもらいたいこともありますので、暫定的にそういった運用をさせて頂いております。まあそういった技術伝承ですとか、そういった技術の受け渡し、それから人が育ってくることができましたら、そういった者たちも順次、現場から福島第二ですとか、柏崎ですとか、本店に配置転換していく予定ございます。
