関係者各位 標記の件について、関西電力大飯発電所３、４号機に係る情報がありましたのでお 知らせします。 本日（７／２５・水）５時２７分、大飯発電所４号機の中央制御室で、一次冷却材 温度を監視する警報が発生した件について現在の状況をお知らせします。 警報については、本日１５時０７分に消灯させる操作を行いましたが、１５時３６ 分、一次冷却材温度を監視する警報が再度発生しています。 警報が発生した原因は、前回同様、温度のゆらぎが一時的に大きくなったことによ るものです。 他の原子炉の状態を示すパラメータ（原子炉内圧力、中性子レベル等）についても 警報の発生前後で変化なく安定していますので、原子炉の運転を継続しても安全上 の問題はありません。 （以下、第２報の内容） --------------------- 本日５時２７分、大飯発電所４号機の中央制御室で、一次冷却材温度を監視する警 報が発生した件の続報です。 今回警報が発生した温度計については、飽和温度（３４５度）との温度差が９度と なる３３６度まで上昇すると警報が発生する状態になっていました。 これに対し、今回警報が発生するまでは、この温度差が約９．５度ある状態で運転 を行っていましたが、通常約０．２から０．３度の温度のゆらぎがあり、これが一 時的に大きくなり（約０．５度）、温度差が警報設定値である９度に至ったた め、警報が発生したことが確認されました。 第１報でお知らせしたとおり、保安規定上の監視対象である原子炉出口の冷却材温 度については、警報の発生前後で３２３度と変化なく安定しており、他の原子炉の 状態を示すパラメータ（原子炉内圧力、中性子レベル等）についても警報の発生前 後で変化なく安定しています。 これらより、原子炉の運転は安定し、安全上問題ない状態です。 今後、当該警報についてはリセットし、当該温度を監視することとします。 （以下、第１報の内容） --------------------- 本日５時２７分、大飯発電所４号機の中央制御室で、炉内の局所の一次冷却材温度 と、飽和温度※の差を監視している警報「一次冷却材飽和温度注意」が発生しまし た。 ※一次冷却材が蒸発する温度であり、現在、炉内は高圧（約１５０気圧）であるた め、約３４５度である。 これは、炉内の燃料集合体の上部に設置されている温度計（５０箇所）のうち１箇 所について、当該計測値（約３３６度）と、飽和温度（３４５度）の差が警報設定 値（９度）を下回ったため警報が発報したものです。当該警報は現在も継続中で す。 なお、保安規定上の監視対象である原子炉出口の冷却材温度については、警報の発 生前後で３２３度と変化なく安定しており、他の原子炉の状態を示すパラメータ （原子炉内圧力、中性子レベル等）についても警報の発生前後で変化なく安定して おり、原子炉の運転は安定した状態です。 現在、原因を調査中です。 外部への放射性物質による影響はありません。 現在、保安検査官が情報収集を行っています。 以上
