この公開映像は「3月15日まで」と日にちが区切ってありますが、3月22日23日の南方向へのプルームの時の会議等も見たいですし、DOEのデータとも比較したいですので5月末まで、存在すれば5月末まで、有るだけのテレビ会議の映像の公開を要望いたします。
で、その大臣指示の3つ目とも関連致しますが、金曜日（27日）にも言いましたが改めて副社長にお願い致します。
原子力情報センター（原子力情報コーナーの事）等での半永久的な公開を希望いたします。どうぞ宜しくお願い致します。
質問なんですが、松本さん、スラッジの表面線量率についてのご回答ありがとうございます。その、以前聞きました時に、吸着剤３と６の表面線量率が上がるだろう、という事でしたが、吸着剤６の線量率はどれくらいでしょうか。それで、アルプスがストロンチウム９０とイットリウム９０があまり取りきれていない可能性が有る事をこれから検討するという事でしたが、イットリウム９０は吸着剤１から６までのうちどれで吸着するのでしょうか。３価という事でコバルトと一緒にキレート樹脂６で吸着するのか、若しくはストロンチウム９０、親核種を取り去る事で娘核種も無くすと云う考え方なんでしょうか。
で、この資料の47ページの（56ページ）「労働環境の改善について」ですが、休憩・食事環境の所の線量汚染の項目の「食事による内部被ばくが不安なので改善して欲しい」というのに対しての改善の方向が「休憩所のスミア結果を各休憩所に掲示する
運用を平成24年7月から実施する」という事で、7月以前の休憩所でのスミア結果というのは存在するのでしょうか。存在したら公表を宜しくお願い致します。
あと、下の「労働環境の改善」の所でバス（資料 57ページ）の改善要望として「東電社員のみ綺麗なバスにのったり、免震棟から乗り降りできるのは不公平なので改善して欲しい」というものに対しての回答が「…要件を満たせば一般作業服着用バスへの変更が可能…」となっておりますが、この「要件を満たせば」の要件を教えて下さい。宜しくお願い致します。
で、7月23日に原子力安全保安院から出た資料ですが、「１Fのタイベックの中の下着を２F で洗濯をして再利用をする」その許可がでた。という事でしたが、その再利用をする目的として汚染が低減されたのか、それとも再利用をして、経済的、財政的にひっぱくしているからその利用をするのか、もしくはその廃棄物の捨て場所の確保が困難な為、下着の再利用を始めるのか、教えて下さい。そして、１Fから２Fに下着を持って行く時のスクリーニングレベルは今どの様になっているのか。そして２Fでの洗濯廃液の取り扱いが「２Fの保安規定に準ずる」とありますが、その洗濯廃液の取り扱いの規定を教えて下さい。
7月26日付けの保安院で公表された資料で、東京電力が１Fの水濁法関連での指示について、どの程度の有害化学物質があるのか、どのようなデータを公開したのか宜しくお願い致します。
あと、リン酸エステルについてですが、東京電力がオイル会社から購入している実績のデータ、濃度の形でいいので教えていただけませんでしょうか。宜しくお願い致します。

はい、まず多核種除去設備の廃棄物のヒック、HICでございますが、こちらは29ページの下半分の所に線量結果が出てございますけれども、（資料 30ページ）吸着剤３、セシウムを取りきる所が最も線量が高いと云う事で記載さして頂きました。えーそれで、その吸着剤１から６までで、何を取っているのかについては、確か前回か前々回の資料の中に有ったと思いますが、ちょっとそちらの方を確認さして頂きます。
それから、ストロンチウム８９、９０、イットリウム９０でございますけれども、こちらはあのー、２７ページに（資料 25ページ）有ります通り、検出限界を少し上回る程度で現在、処理後水の方から見つかっています。あの、要因としては５ページの所に有ります通り、そもそも、処理水の生成過程で混入したのではないか、という可能性と、もう一つとしてはまだ取りきれていないのではないか、という可能性の二つがございますので、そちらはよく確認して８月中旬までに結論を出したい、という風に思っています。 えーそれから作業員さんの、、、、。

そうですね、基本的には親核種のストロンチウム９０を取りきれば娘核種のイットリウム９０の方は、半減期が短いので取りきれるとは思っておりますけれども、具体的に吸着剤の１から６の何処で取る事になっているかはちょっと確認してみます。

それから、作業員さんのアンケートでございますが、こちら、休憩所の中のスミアの測定結果は、こちらいわゆる全面マスクの着用を外している区域になりますので、まあスミア若しくはダストのモニター結果はたぶん有ると思いますので、確認してみます。
また、「後の事が心配なので改善して欲しい」というご要望でしたのでまあ７月と言わず過去の分もできれば公表するよう指示をしたいと思っております。

それから、下着を洗濯する件、でございますがこれはあのー、いわゆるタイベックの下に着けている下着でございますので、基本的に放射性物質の付着はありません。従いまして洗濯をして再利用可能になっております、現在Jビレッジの方に大量に保管してございますのでこちらの方を福島第２の方で洗濯をして、再び作業員の方に来ていただく形になっています。従いまして廃棄物の低減にもなりますし、新たな下着を購入しなくてもよい、というような経済的なメリットもございます。
それから、スクリーニングのレベルでございますけれども、これは確か13,000cpmだと思いますので、こちらの方もデータそのものは確認します。
それから２Fでこれ、洗濯しますけれども洗濯廃液はいわゆる管理区域の中にございます洗濯設備で洗濯を致します、従いまして洗濯廃液は２Fに中で処理をした後、通常の排出ルートに従いまして海に放出する事になりますけれども、放出前にサンプリングを致しまして、放射性物質の濃度が告示濃度限度以下になるという事と、総量であります２Fの保安規定に中に入ってる事の確認をした上で放出をする、という事になります。
それからー、リン酸エステルといいますか、有害化学物質の件でございますけれども、まだちょっとあのー、先日ご質問いただいて公表できるかどうか、という所については今確認中です。
それから、リン酸エステルのいわゆる何を使用しているか、というメーカーさんの使用値でございますけれども、こちらの方に関しましては、まだ免震重要棟から、事務本館の方に行かないとデータがございませんので、実際には取りよせるのは難しいという風に思っております。

基本的には協力企業さんが作業現場でそれぞれ保管してる分もございますし、量が多くなれば私どもの用意してます保管庫の中で保管してる物もございます。従いまして、全量を把握する、という事に関しましては今の状態では非常に難しいという風に思っております。

基本的には●●●型で保管しておりますので、紙ベースで事務本館の中にのこっておりますのが普通です。最近になりますと、作業工事の報告書そのものがpdfのファイルで出てくるケースもございますけれども、基本的に、工事で使用した物がどれだけ現場に残っているか、という様な所についてはあのまあ、私どもが持っている物と協力企業さんが持っている物、という形になっております。
