あのー、私どの使用前検査で合格しましたのか、あのー把握しておりませんけど、使用前検査はあのーいわゆる工事計画認可らの実施した物に対しまして、検査の上保安院さんが合格証を発行する、という手続きでございますので、これを以って何か再起動が可能になった、という様な条件ではございません。

因みに、電気事業法施行規則第６９条第１項表中イ及びホの工事の工程に係る、使用前検査なんですが、「ホ」その６９条１号の表中、ホは原子炉の出力、運転時における総合的な性能を確認する検査、その他工事の完了を確認する為の検査、となっており、他の島根や、えー、、、、すいませんちょっと失念致しましたが、どこか他の原子力発電所でも動かす前に行う検査となっている様です。
ですので、この検査を何のために申請されていたのでしょうか。

あのー、ちょっと工事件名がはっきりわかりませんので、お答えのしようが無いので確認致しますけれども、いわゆる工事計画の届け出、若しくは認可申請を出した後の確認の検査でございまして、●●●使用前というのは基本的には出力運転中にやる検査でございますが、部分的にはイロハニホの順番にやっていくのが通常でございますので、現在５号機は停止中でございますがそこで出来る範囲の検査を受けたものだと思っています。
