私は国会事故調の膨大な資料について、お聞きしたいのですけれども、この員会の事務局文書取扱規定によりますと、第３２条で移管について「事故調の設置法が効力を失った後も引き続き保存すべきものと認める文書ファイルについて、適当と認める国会の他の機関と協議の上移管する物とする」となっておりますが、現在この調査された膨大な資料はどのような検討がなされているのでしょうか。国立公文書館等の保管や特定歴史公文書の指定など、どのような形で保管されるのか。
それと、秘密を条件に沢山のヒアリングや資料の提供を受けられたと思いますが、これらは秘密のまま廃棄されるのでしょうか、秘密を条件に資料提供を受けたとしてもそれらがその、一定の年数を経て、５０年後、１００年後歴史的な評価を受けるかどうかの合理性なども検討はされておられるのでしょうか。何らかの仕組みやルール作りなどいかがされてるのでしょうか。お願いします。

えっとー、この移管につきましては何処に、例えば何時までの期間どうするか、という事については開始の時には決まっておりませんでした。これにつきましては、現在に私共の事務局とそれから国会との間でですね、協議をしている所でございます。その結論というのはまだ出ておりませんので、今どういう方向になるかというのはよく分かりません。
ただ、保管という物については色んな考え方が有り、例えばヒアリングの時に先方との間で約束をされた物はやはりそれは維持されるべきではないかとかですね、それから国会というのは情報公開法の対象ではない、という事もございますのでそういうような事を、例えば何年保管をしてその後どうするのか、とかですね、このような課題については今、私は今検討中というかですね、だという風に理解しております。結論は今出てないという風に考えております。

少し細かい事になるのですが、第１７回の佐藤雄平福島県知事が参考人として呼ばれた時の会で、私は黒川委員長自身に「県知事が去年の３月に福島県民をいったい何十ミリシーベルト許容させようとしたのか調査をされているのか」と質問しました所、そういう事は最終報告書に盛り込むというご回答だったのですが、第２０回に行きまして報告書を見ましても盛り込まれておりませんでしたので、その事を記者ブリーフィングで質問いたしますと「改めて事務局から回答をする」という風に頂いたのですが、未だに私、頂いておりませんのでそれはあの、いつ頃になるのか、宜しくお願い致します。
で、あとテレビ会議の映像を東京電力が８月６日から公開するのですが、それがあの、昨年の３月１５日までの分しか東京電力は公開しないのですが、国会事故調は何日の分まで、何時間の物まで東京電力から提供を受けて見られたのでしょうか。既出でしたらすみません。

私の方が本来は覚えていて、、、なんですが、えっとビデオについては相当膨大な時間だったと思いますので１５日だったという事は無いと思います。その後も私たちは見ていたと思います。ただその事故に関して主な、例えばこの報告書に関係のある様な物に関してはほぼ、今仰った１５日とかですね、その中で議論されておりそこから先の事について何かこの報告書にあえて書くべき事故原因として書くべき様な事がまあ、余り無かったという様な判断だったと思います。
ただ、ちょっと今私はビデオを何時までの録画を見たかって事はここでは、明快にはお答えできないというか、私自身がちょっと覚えてないです。
