(保安院からのメール、8月6日 19:10:22） 関係者各位 標記の件について、関西電力大飯発電所４号機に係る情報がありましたのでお知ら せします。 本日（8月６日（月））８時１２分に発生した大飯発電所４号機の非常用ディーゼル 発電機の排水ポンプに係る続報です。 本日夕方までに、警報発生の原因と考えられる排水ポンプや関連する弁について点 検を行いましたが、原因の特定には至りませんでした。 このため、明日（７日）中を目途に、故障の排水ポンプを工場へ運搬し、分解点検 等、原因調査を行う予定です。 原因調査は１週間程度要する見込みです。 なお、非常用ディーゼル発電機室に貯まった水の排水については、Ｂ系の排水ポン プにより問題なく行われています。 また、Ｂ系が故障した場合に備え、仮設のポンプにより排水ができるよう措置済み です。 （以下、第１報の内容） -------------------------------- 本日（8月６日（月））８時１２分、大飯発電所４号機の中央制御室で、安全設備の いずれかの機器の停止を知らせる警報「安全系ＣＣ（コントロールセンター）負荷 トリップ」が発生しました。 現場確認の結果、大飯発電所４号機非常用ディーゼル発電機室に貯まった廃水を２ 時間に１回程度排水するポンプ２台のうち通常使用しているＡ号機が停止したため 警報が発報したものです。 その後、８：４４頃、自動的にもう一台のＢ号機が起動し、排水は問題なく行われ ています。 なお、８：２３に警報はリセットされています。 本件は、原子炉の運転や、非常用ディーゼル発電機の機能に影響を与えるものでは ありません。 また、外部への放射性物質による影響はありません。 現在、停止したＡ号機について、原因を調査中です。 現在、保安検査官が情報収集を行っています。 以上
