はい、あのー原子炉水の中に配管に付着した鉄がですね、サビあるいはもう少し細かい粒子でですね、原子炉の中に持ちこまれまして、そこで中性子を吸収してマンガン５４に核変換したものという風におもっております。
それが、まああのー、基本的には炉水ですから配管の中に閉じ込められておりますけれども、いわゆる作業用に水を抜いたりですね、廃棄物処理施設の方には一部ありますのでそういった所が今回タービン建屋が冠水した際に、そこの升から流出したのではないか、と考えております。

えー、本日テレビ会議の映像を隈なく見ておりますと、時々モニタリング情報の共有として出てきますが、今確認したのは一つだけなんですが、中性子に関する情報も有りまして、「まあごく微量なんですが、風向きで大分変化が有るが、出たり出なかったりしているのは事実」という事が聞き取れたのですが、これは３月１３日の物だったのですが、中性子は外で観測されたんでしょうか。

はい、これは以前の事故当時のモニタリングの結果を、公表さして頂いた際に、中性子が検出された所も合わせてお伝えさせていただいておりますけれども、これはどちらかというと、ウランですとかプルトニウムといったα核種が粒常に飛散いたしまして、そこから出てきている中性子がたまたま検出器のそばを通った際に検出したものではないかという風に考えています。

わかりました、ではこの外に出てきている中性子がマンガン５４を生成してるという事は考えられないのでしょうか。

そうですね、絶対ないとは言い切れませんけれども、中性子その物の密度から考えて、マンガン５４が検出できる程の高濃度のいわゆる中性子測にはなっていないと思います。
また、いわゆる重たい核種でございますので、地面とうに沈着した後そこで鉄に偶々当ってですね、マンガン５４になったとしてもまあそこから海まで流出するにはかなりの経路が必要となるかと思います。

はい、あのー新たな流出といいますよりも昨年のまあ、事故当時にまあ濃度的にも濃かった状況ですから、そちらの方で雨水と紛れ込んで一緒に出てきたか、あるいは２号、３号の取水炉から高濃度の汚染水という形で出たケースがございますので、そちらのまあどちらかではないか、と思います。

いわゆる、その核分裂生成物という形では、総量を評価しますけども、腐食性成物は元々炉内に、一定程度存在して管理されている、という状況下でしたからその総量その物は事故前の状況はどうだったかな、というのは押さえておりません。
