──────────────────────────────────── 東京電力からのご連絡 ──────────────────────────────────── 報道関係各位 本メールは、事前に「深夜・早朝における連絡先」の登録のお申し込みをいた だいた方にお知らせしています。 ○本日（８月14日）午前11時15分頃、福島第一原子力発電所４号機タービン建屋 １階のパワーセンター室（電源室）において水溜まりがあることを、パトロー ルを実施していた当社社員が発見いたしました。 ○水溜まりの範囲はパワーセンター室内全域に拡がっておりますが、屋外への流 出はありません。 ○当該室付近に滞留水を移送する配管があることから、念のため、３号機タービ ン建屋地下から雑固体廃棄物減容処理建屋（高温焼却炉建屋）へ滞留水を移送 しているポンプ２台のうち１台を、午後０時21分に停止いたしました。 【以上、お知らせ済み】 ○滞留水を移送しているポンプ１台を停止し、午後０時58分、水の漏えいが停止 したことを確認いたしました。もう１台のポンプについては、運転を継続して おります。 なお、これにあわせて、午後０時57分、２号機タービン建屋地下から３号機タ ービン建屋地下への滞留水の移送を停止いたしました。 ○パワーセンター室内に流入した水のサンプリングを実施し、放射能濃度を分析 した結果、 ・セシウム134：3.0×10（4）Bq/cm3 ・セシウム137：4.7×10（4）Bq/cm3 であり、溜まり水は３号機タービン建屋地下階の滞留水であると推定いたしま した。 ○また、水溜まりの範囲については、その後の確認の結果、４号機タービン建屋 １階の廊下の北側にも確認されましたが、屋外への漏えいは確認されておりま せん。 ○なお、パワーセンター室内の溜まり水については、今後、４号機タービン建屋 地下階へ排水する予定としております。 ○水が漏えいした原因について、引き続き、調査を行う予定です。 ○本件については、本日（８月14日）午後６時より予定されている臨時のブリー フィングにてご説明させていただきます。 ○本メールには返信できませんのでご了承ください。 以 上
