必要ないといいますか、私共のほうでもきちんとこの、APDの貸し出しの際に「本人確認の写真と本人の顔を突き合わせてチェックしなさい」という事まで指示しておりませんでしたので、何かチェックが問題があって彼らに罰則が必要だという風には思っておりません。

キャスクはご存じの通りステンレスですので、やはり水中に補完するような物には向かないと思います。
ま、耐食性はそれなりにありますけども、特に問題になっていたガスケットのようなところは、つなぎ目といいますかそこまで腐食に関してどうこうというところまでありませんから、そういう意味ではキャスクをですね、そのまま水中に補完していくことは基本的には私共の方ではやっておりません。
あの、いわゆる使用済燃料プールからたとえば６か所に搬送する際も使用済燃料プールに沈めて、まあ使用済燃料を入れますけど、それを入れてふたをして、まあきれいに洗浄して乾かして、船に積んで六ヶ所に送って、六ヶ所でまたプールにつけて、開けて使用済燃料を取り出して、またキャスクを取り出して乾かすと云うような状況ですから、キャスクそのものをプールにつけておくと云う事は基本的には運用してません。
それから、使用済燃料の材質であるジルカロイに関しましてはあまり水の中で腐食するっていう事では無くて、こういった酸化被膜がですね、膜のように取れると云う事は昔から調べています知見でございまして、過去も私共このクリップのところでこういった事例がありましたけれども、まあ強度の評価をしましたが、特に構造強度に問題があるほどめくれる、という物ではなかったと云う風に考えています。

そうですね、基本的によく知られているのは白色の白い膜といいますか、板状の小さなものが、めくれてくっていうのが基本的なところです。
で一部今回東北電力さんであったようにこのクリップのところが、欠損するというか、割れが見つかって割れているように見えてるところがありますが、そういったところまで行くのかといったところは今、保安院さんから調査を求められているところです。
