で、2号炉の温度計についてですが、以前温度計の評価結果で1，3号機の温度計より2号機の温度計の方が突出して故障が多いと、そしてその原因を今後調査すると仰っておられましたが、その後何か考察、評価などはされているんでしょうか。

評価等は随時行なっておりますけれども、今の所はこれと言って何か原因については分かっておりません、あの、格納容器の内部の状況が1，2，3号機でまあそんなに違いはないだろうと思っておりますので、まあ2号機だけが何故、検出器の数が多いか、あ、故障してた数が多いのかについては引き続き検討している段階です。

基本的には定期的に測定している電気抵抗の測定の状況と推移を見ながら、外から分かる範囲で今はそういった所でしか得られるデータが有りませんので、そういった所を見ています。また、全体のヒートバランス、と云いますか発生している崩壊熱と実際の注水量、それから温度の状況等をまあ、モデル化してシミュレーションする事でどれぐらい正しく測れてるのかっていう所につても併せて評価をしています。

わかりました、そのー、2号機の温度計だけ突出して故障が多いというのは、緊急に原因を調査している訳ではないのでしょうか。まあ、数か月経ちましたので。

特に何か、この原因について、少なくともこれを調べれば分るというような所までまだ来ておりませんし、現在の所は1，2，3号機とも安定して冷却出来ているという風に思っておりますので、少なくとも今、何か特別な対策が必要という所までは考えておりません。

で、あと保安院への報告の補正についてなんですが、火災対策の所で、2番目の4つ目の丸で「バックグラウンドの高い放射線のモニタリングポストについて、モニタリングポスト周辺の除染、土壌の遮蔽等を行ない原子炉施設に起因する放射線影響を適切に把握すること」と有りますが、その土壌の遮蔽や除染を行なっていない状態でのバックグラウンドも考慮した線量の把握というのは別でされていくのでしょうか。

うんと、これは8月31日に報告さして頂いておりますけれども、すでにモニタリングポストの周辺に関しましては土壌のはぎ取りですとか、木の伐採等によりまして、いわゆる空間線量を下げる作業を行なっております、これはあの今後、追加的に何か発電所で事故が有った際に早期に検知する目的でそういった作業を行なっておりますので、そういった対応を引き続きやっていく事をさして頂いております。

モニタリングポストはご存じの通り、発電所の敷地周辺にございますので、あまりモニタリングポストの周辺での作業は基本的にありません。実際に作業員の方が働かれる場所場所でですね、空間線量率の測定を行なって実際の被ばく低減計画、対策を講じるのが普通でございますので、何かモニタリングポストの敷地に依存しているような作業計画は無いです。

あのー、いわゆる松の廊下と申しますのはタービン建屋の1階の部分でございまして、まあそれにちなんで１こ下のフロアー地下１階の所をそういう風に呼んでいます。

私の記憶の中ではそういう名前を付けた事はありませんけれども、あの、いわゆるタービン建屋の地下１階の原子炉建屋の境目の通路は一直線で比較的幅の広い通路でございますので通称「松の廊下」という事が先んじて行なわれまして、まあそれの連想から「松竹梅」だという形で地下１階が竹になったのではないかと思います。

私も同じように１５０時間の映像の全ての公開と本日で市長は終わりましたが継続しての視聴を要望致します。
で、４月１１日までの次回の映像公開が４月１１日までというのも納得がいきません。
４月１５日にサブドレンの濃度がひとケタ上昇していたり、４月１１日以降も様々な事象がプラントでは行なわれて色んな事がありましたので、４月１１日以降の映像も是非公開して下さい。
そしてここから質問なんですが、１５０時間中５時間公開されるという映像について、先ほど栗田さんはちょっとその、どこの社の要望かは公開出来ないと仰っておられましたが、８月の記者会見の終わりの時にテレビ局の各局の記者さん方がそちらのカメラの前の辺りで栗田さんに要望を渡しておられましたね、局の映像の公開の取りまとめの表をお渡しして９月７日に本日もし間に合えば映像の処理をして公開して欲しい、テレビ局各局で取りまとめたというリストを、栗田さんにお渡しになっておられた時に私は後ろに立っていたのですが、そこにおられる記者さん方はまあ、どこ局の方か私は存じておりますが、ぜひその５時間の映像を公開した各社の方々の公表をどうぞ宜しくお願い致します。
