尾野さんに以前、2Fで怪我をされた方の服が破れているかどうか、お聞きしていましたが「破れていない」との回答をいただいてありがとうございます。
あの、ちょっと古い事になるのですけど、関連して4月の事例についてお聞きしたいのですが。
4月4日の野鳥の森で怪我をされた方の件について、現在、福島第一原発の構内、２Fの敷地内は除線則の適用という事でしたので、福島第一原発の構内はどのような運用になっているのでしょうか。
除染則ですか、電離則ですか。

えっと電離則とか、除線則とかという事ではなくて、管理対象区域という風に呼んで、その中では、要は管理区域に準ずる管理をしている。

で、4月4日に12針を縫われる怪我をされた方も、傷口モニタリングの傷口のスミア試料も取っておられないのですが、今回、怪我をされた方が、傷口の汚染があるという蓋然性がない。そして空間線量が2.5μSv/h以下だった、というお答えだったのですが、4月4日の事例では、この時私が松本さんに質問(http://daily.magazine9.jp/m9/oshidori/2012/04/44.html)しているのですが、怪我をされた時の空間線量は0.1mSv/hだったんですね、なのでその点から考えますと、蓋然性があるのではないかと思うのですが、この時に傷口モニタリング、傷口のスミア試料を取っていないという理由をもう一度教えて頂けますでしょうか。

ありがとうございます。では、東京電力で福島第一原発、2Fも含めてですけれども、裂傷を伴う怪我をされた場合、汚染がされたという蓋然性をもって傷口モニタリングをするという、色んな県とか色んな電力が持っているような緊急マニュアルというのはあるのでしょうか。
どういう場合に蓋然性がある、汚染されたと判断して、傷口モニタリングをしているのか、というのを少し伺いたいんですが。
