本メールは、事前に「深夜・早朝における連絡先」の登録のお申し込みをいた
だいた方にお知らせしています。先ほどお知らせいたしました福島第一原子力発電所第二セシウム吸着装置（サ
リー）における水漏れに関する、その後の情報についてお知らせいたします。○漏えいした範囲は約16ｍ×約11ｍ×深さ１mm程度で、漏えい量は約176リットル
であることを確認しました。○漏れた水の放射能濃度の分析結果は、以下のとおりです。
セシウム134：3.7×10（2）Bq/cm3
セシウム137：6.5×10（2）Bq/cm3
コバルト60 ：3.5×10（0）Bq/cm3
マンガン54 ：1.9×10（0）Bq/cm3漏えい水の放射能量：約1.8×10（8）Bq
○漏えいした水は屋外のコンクリート上に溜まっている状態で、付近には側溝が
ないことから海への流出はないものと判断しておりますが、念のため、漏えい
拡大防止のための土嚢を設置しました。また、漏れた水は、拭き取りにより回
収しました。
今後、漏えいした原因について、調査する予定です。○なお、第二セシウム吸着装置（サリー）の停止に伴い、運転していた淡水化装
置を午前11時13分に停止させましたが、淡水化処理した水は十分にあることか
ら、原子炉注水への影響はありません。○本件につきましては、本日午後に予定している定例会見でご説明させていただ
きます。○本メールには返信できませんのでご了承ください。

理施設高温焼却炉建屋から屋外に出ている第二セシウム吸着装置（サリー）の
ベント配管（※）から、水が漏えい（鉛筆太さ程度）していることを発見しま
した。○そのため、午前８時26分頃、第二セシウム吸着装置（サリー）の運転を停止し
ました。○漏えいした水は屋外のコンクリート上に溜まっている状態で、午前10時10分に
ベント配管からの水の漏えいの停止を確認しました。○また、漏えいした水の付近には側溝がないことから海への流出はないものと判
断しておりますが、念のため、漏えい拡大防止のための土嚢を設置しました。○なお、本事象によるモニタリングポストの値に有意な変動はなく、プラントへ
の影響も確認されておりません。※ベント配管
