であの、同じく、金曜日に地震があった件で、９月に３号機の使用済燃料プールの周辺の様子などが公開されましたが、あのー、そのように１Fの確か６号機で水平で確か26ガル程度の揺れだったと思うのですが、その瓦礫などの影響があったのかどうか、使用済み燃料プールにかぎらず、１?４号機までで、水平で２６ガル程度の揺れで、どのような物の移動があったか、などは確認はされるのでしょうか。

えっと、大きな変化はないという事は確認しております。
それから26ガルというのは、揺れとしては大きなものではございませんので、ま、あの、小さな動きというのが全くなかったかというと、そりゃ分かりませんけれども、えーまあ、現実の問題として事務所内の棚の上にある物が、動いて落ちたりするという事も御座いませんでしたし、えーまあ、現実にはあまり揺れそのものを心配するような状況ではなかったと認識しております。

何か大きい地震があった後で、まあその26ガルがあまりそんなに気にする程度ではないという事ですが、その前後の差の動画や写真での確認というのはされるのでしょうか。

えっと、個別に動画や、写真というものが、前後で比較し得るような形で必ずしも持っておりませんので、そういう意味では、そういう形での確認はしておりません。
ただ、通常のパトロールであったり、そうしたやり方を取りながら要は安全機能をもたせている、この場合で言うと「冷温停止を維持している」「冷却を維持している」というような機能をもたせている設備等に影響がないかどうか、という事は個別に確認していく、ということはしています。

わかりました、では別件ですが、藤村官房長官が今朝の定例会見で、12月の15日?17日に福島の郡山で行われるIAEAの国際会議での意義についてご説明されたのですが、その意義の一つとして「原発事故が収束したことを世界に発信する」と仰っておられましたが、東京電力として福島第一原発の事故は「もう収束はした」という考え方なのでしょうか。

えーと、ちょっとどういう定義で仰っているのか、私自身が分かりませんけれども、あの発電所が要は初期の状態に比べて安定して冷温停止状態を維持できる状態になっているという事は、一つは言えると。
ただし、今の状態が、これから、要は現場を復旧して、より何というんすかね、要は「処置を進めていく状況が必要ない、完全に物事が終わってしまった状態にあるんですか」といったら、まあ、そういう状態ではないのは明らかですので、要はこれ以上悪くなっていくのを止めるところまでは達成しているけど、悪くなった物を元に戻して、元の状態、安心できる状態にしていくと云う為の仕事というのは山のように残っておりますので、まあ、そういう状態である、という認識です。
まあ、その中ですぐさま酷い、これより悪い状態になっていく様な状態に今ありますか、というとそこは、相当程度、安全な状況まで持ってきたと、いうふうに、言っていいと思います、考えてますが、じゃあ、それが「もう何もする事がないと意味の収束か」といったらそうでは御座いませんので、あの、ちょっと言葉の定義や意味の使い方によるかと思うのですけど、我々としては、まだまだやるべき事は沢山やって行かなければならないと云う風に思っています。
